Precision Machining Starts with Uncompromising Rigidity.

Shandong Weida CNC Machine Tool Co., Ltd. combines heavy cast iron structural engineering with Renishaw metrology to deliver CNC machine tools trusted across 60+ countries.

WEIDA CNC Precision Manufacturing Facilities and Heavy Assembly Plant
Engineering Legacy

Our Manufacturing Heritage

Spanning over 45,000 square meters of climate-controlled assembly bays, WEIDA CNC develops, casts, finishes, and tests industrial CNC machining centers and CNC lathes. We operate our own high-capacity resin sand foundry, ensuring every Meehanite casting undergoes dual stress-relief thermal aging.

From aerospace turbine housings to automotive transmission shafts, our equipment handles deep cuts and continuous heavy duty turning while maintaining sub-micron tolerances over decades of continuous operation.

Metrology Rigor

100% Metrology & Quality Assurance

Every single machine tool leaving our facility undergoes rigorous multi-stage dynamic calibration. We do not rely on sample inspection—every axis is mapped individually.

01

Renishaw XL-80 Laser Interferometer Pitch Mapping

Every axis is mapped and pitch error compensated with sub-micron resolution before leaving our facility.

02

Dynamic Spindle Balancing to ISO G1.0 Standard

Direct-drive and belt spindles undergo dual-plane dynamic balancing to prevent micro-vibrations and surface chatter.

03

72-Hour Continuous Full-Speed Reliability Test

72-hour non-stop dry-run verification under fluctuating ambient temperatures to ensure hydraulic and electrical reliability.
