VMC850
10,000 RPM BT40 Direct-Drive Spindle, 800×500×500 mm Travel, 24-Tool Arm ATC for Precision Dies & Parts
The VMC850 is WEIDA CNC’s flagship high-performance vertical machining center. Built on an extra-wide Meehanite cast iron base with triangular rib reinforcement, it provides exceptional dynamic stability during heavy-feed milling of alloy steels and titanium. Equipped with precision roller linear guideways on X/Y/Z axes, a 10,000 RPM BT40 spindle, and a rapid 24-tool arm-type automatic tool changer, it delivers sub-micron accuracy for mold making, automotive components, and aerospace fixtures.
